The Half Angle

The half angle pose centres and grounds you whilst releasing the hamstring muscles, back of the knees, calf muscles and Achilles tendons. This pose is followed by a gentle twisting movement, which encourages the spine to rotate, releasing stiffness. The intervertebral joints are 'oiled' due to the stimulation of lubricating fluids
