I am Amanda Edwards and Awaken to Heal is my website about the different aspects of my work.

I approach health holistically practicing ACUPUNCTURE alongside COUNSELLING WITH SOUL.

Holistic health, sees health as a result of inner peace and joy. Dis-ease is seen as a result of outer searching and unrest. Our true state is happiness and when we are not experiencing this, it shows we are out of balance with our energies and our inner truth.

LOVE2BIRTH is about my passion in pregnancy, birth, birth trauma, fertility, infertility, natural conception, IVF, water birth, breast feeding and beyond. Love2birth is expressed through my work as a Healer, Acupuncturist, Counsellor, Couple counsellor, Doula, Active Birth Teacher and Yogabirth teacher. I have developed this fresh and fun approach to birth preparation, called 'Co-Birthing' which not only practically prepares a couple in how to birth their baby together, but is also for couples who wish to joyously birth their baby in Love's Presence.
